RMA Information:
It is recommended that the switches are installed with the PCB on a flat surface, so as not to damage the hot-swap sockets. Pushing the switches in while holding the PCB in midair may cause the hot-swap sockets to come off.
During our Quality Assurance (QA) process. We will ensure the PCB is fully functional before leaving us.
However, there is always a risk of damage during shipping. Should you encounter electrical problems, please email info@mouser.tech within 48 hours of delivery, for help with the issue.
